The Executive Board provides the senior executive leadership and operational management of ISBM London, supporting the implementation of the University’s strategic priorities and ensuring that its activities are effectively managed, appropriately resourced and aligned with its academic mission and regulatory responsibilities.

The Executive Board brings together senior leaders with experience across higher education, professional practice and business. Collectively, its members provide the expertise required to oversee the University’s academic, operational and organisational development, while maintaining clear lines of accountability and effective communication with the Governing Board and the University’s academic governance structures.

A central responsibility of the Executive Board is to ensure that the University has the people, resources, systems and processes necessary to deliver a high-quality student experience and maintain appropriate academic standards. This includes oversight of institutional performance, student experience and outcomes, financial and operational sustainability, risk management, regulatory compliance and the effective implementation of University policies and procedures.

The Executive Board is committed to a culture of integrity, accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. It uses appropriate information, evidence and performance data to monitor institutional effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making.
